Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. Your subscription will automatically renew every three months (quarterly) based on the date you signed up and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. The subscription auto-renews at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time through your account (top right corner of my website, use the same email you did when ordering the subscription). You may also pause or skip your subscription there. Changes must be made at least 7 days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Subscription orders are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped. If you experience an issue with your order, or the mail hasn't reached you after 2 months from the payment date, please contact me at mail@lucie-ell.com.
