Shipping outside of the EU
International mail
I am now able to send your international mail as tracked!
If you pick the untracked ordinary mail shipping option at checkout, you won't be able to check up on the mail, and it might take up to a month for it to reach you. You may still be required to pay custom duties based on your country laws.
With the tracked mail option, you will be provided with a tracking number through the Czech Post system, and can check up on your package!
USA
Due to tariffs, I am only able to send mail that is up to 50 g of weight (including packaging) to the USA.
You can currently only purchase sticker sheets and small prints, or one medium print. You won't be able to check out if you order an A4 print or anything else over the weight limit.
The total weight of products you can order is 20 g:
- sticker sheets are 2 g each
- small A6 prints are 5 g each
- medium A5 prints are 16 g each (due to heavier packiging)
If you see an error during the check out, please try adjusting your cart to fit the limit.

Where is my order coming from?
I am from the Czech Republic and everything I sell is shipped from over here!
Which countries do you ship to?
I ship to most of the EU countries. If your country is not on the list, you will likely see the products as sold out. If you want me to add your country, please contact me and I will look into it!
I ship to most European non-EU countries and several others like Canada, UK, Australia etc.
Due to tariffs, US mail has a strict weight limit, and you can only order flat mail like stickers and small prints.
How and when will my package arrive?
If you're from the EU, I use Packeta to deliver your mail. This provider pairs up with your local shipping carriers (like Hermes for Germany, Mondial Relay for France etc.). You will receive a tracking number with your order when I send it to you, and your mail should reach you in about a week.
Mail outside of the EU (and some EU countries where the Packeta rates are too high) is sent via the Czech Post. It may take a few weeks, up to a month, for your package to get to you.
Please add about 1 week to the expected delivery time for handling - I am a one woman business and usually pack all the orders on my own, with the occasional help of my mom, and sometimes it takes a while!
Will I have to pay import taxes/custom duties?
If you're outside of the EU, your package will come with a customs form.
You may have to pay custom duties or import taxes based on your country laws as the package reaches your country. If you need help with the information to give to your government like weights and prices, contact me!
What if there's an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, seems to be stuck on the way or there's any other issue with it, you can contact me and I'll do my best to resolve it!
Subscription
What is a quarterly subscription?
It's a subscription that renews every 3 months, and is delivered via snail mail (regular letter - shipping is included in the price)! It's perfect for you if you want to get regular art from me!
Each bundle includes an A6 print, a sticker sheet, a vinyl sticker (or a different extra product of the same value), and a little letter that explains the theme.
All of the products are based around the current season, nature, Slavic customs, mythology, or aesthetic.
When and how often are the bundles delivered?
The bundles are available during these dates:
1 January - 31 March - winter bundle
1 April - 30 June - spring bundle
1 July - 30 September - summer bundle
1 October - 31 December - autumn bundle
Your first delivery will be the bundle that falls in the period you
signed up in, and then the next one on the same date, just 3 months
later. You will be charged 4 times per year.
How can I cancel or edit my subscription?
Sign up to your account in the top right corner (use the same email you did when purchasing the subscription) - don't worry, you don't need an existing account, nor a password. Then, navigate to the Subscription tab in the menu, or the Manage Subscription button.

Products
How are your products made?
I illustrate all of the products you see here myself. I either use my iPad with Procreate or traditional media. All of the texts in the books and calendars are also written by me.
Most of my products are printed professionally here in Czechia.
Is the packaging sustainable?
I try my best to get your products to you in sustainable packaging.
The cardboard envelopes are fully recyclable, and I use paper or biodegradable plastic (made from cornstarch, industrially compostable) to wrap your products. I always label biodegradable plastic with a sticker.
The only actual plastic you will find on my packaging is on the washi tapes and sticky notes.
Will *out of stock product* be restocked?
Very likely yes! I order products in smaller batches to make things more sustainable for me, and sometimes they get sold out. Unless stated otherwise, I will usually restock an out of stock product. Please know it might take a while to get it printed though!
