Sticker sheet - The Witch in the Forest

This sticker sheet is an homage to all the "evil witches" in the stories, that are often based on or have something in common with Baba Yaga. 

It is often said that these witches bake children in their ovens, when in reality they were often trying to nurse them back to health, or help women to conceive. The gingerbread heart represents the witch from Hansel & Gretel who was justified in her anger - wouldn't you be angry too if people came around to eat your house? The black cat is any witch's essential companion that has an undeserved reputation of bringing bad luck. We all know the apple used in Snow White - the evil queen dressed as an "old witch" to give Snow White the poison. There are also poisionous plants and mushrooms, but a witch that knows how to use them properly can make a healing potion out of them. 

So come visit the witch in the forest. As long as you don't make her angry, she will treat you with respect too.
